ABOUT US

Jim Friedemann is the founder and president of Focal Point Consulting, LLC. He has spent the past 15 years of his career coaching, training, facilitating, and developing programs in Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Customer Service, Teambuilding, Adventure-based Learning and other related topics.

Jim received a B.A. in Speech Communication and an M.A. in Communication Consultancy from Oklahoma State University. He is a certified/qualified facilitator of Strategic Planning, Achieve Global, DDI, Management YOU, QBQ, KASET International, Denison Organizational Culture Survey and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is also a certified ropes instructor and has been facilitating groups through teambuilding and experiential activities for the past 16 years. Jim has conducted training and consulting services for clients such as York International, Shaklee Corporation, Astellas Pharma, Hitachi, City of Norman, City of Moore, Republic Bank & Trust, State Department of Education, and Norman Regional Hospital.

Jim’s passion is to focus on individuals and teams in order to help them find their future and provide them the necessary tools to get them there.
